My primary research focus is tied to how Web-based tools can be supportive of student-centered teaching and learning. This relates to how effectively instructors employ Web tools as well as what students themselves learn from applications of Web tools. My secondary research strand relates to the evaluation of programs with intensive technology integrations such as schoolwide 1:1 computing, and statewide virtual schooling.
